How big of an order can you accept?
We can accept orders of all quantities. However the smaller the qty, the more it will cost per piece. Our usual small qty order is between 10-50 pieces.
Can we split up 1000 bus cards into 2 sets?
Sorry we can’t do that. Even its it a small name changes, we can only use one graphic per set of business cards.
When you quote prices, are there any other charges?
We don't do any up charges, the only thing that is not in the quote is the tax.
How fast is the turnaround?
Our usual turnaround is 2-4 bus days. If required, we can deliver on the same day. However, if you need it in a rush, we always try our best to accommodate.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 6 pm, but online with visualprintwork.com we are always open.
Can we cancel or return our product?
Since everything is custom printed, we cannot issue refunds. Please check over everything carefully. Once an order is placed, depending it's status, you may cancel it. A 20 percent charge for cancelling will apply.
Do you ship?
Yes we do ship via UPS, Purolator, and FedEx in addition to a local courier.
Can we pickup the order?
Yes you can pick up the order, as long as its between our business hours.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies depending on weight, number of boxes, and how fast you need it. We are more than happy to give you a quote on shipping first.
